Introducing

I'm 26 years old self-motivated and self-taught Front-End developer👨🏻‍💻 from Slovakia🇸🇰 I love coding 💻, learning new technologies and Techworld. Im also quite an active person. I love bodybuilding workout💪🏽, swimming 🏊🏻‍♂‍, cycling🚴🏻‍♂‍,travelling✈️, listening to music 🎧 and meeting good and inspiring people.

About me

I studied Economics and Business Management at the University of Žilina. After passing the bachelor's exam, I slowly began to realize that I am more attracted and interested in another area: the field of modern technology and IT. I did not want to start studying computer science again and drop 3 years of study in my field, so I finished my engineering studies in my field.

I therefore decided to expand my knowledge in this area by participating in many workshops. My journey of learning programming languages have begun during the 4th and 5th year of college. My main source of information has become courses and videos on Youtube and the basics of programming on Learn2code. My first course was SQL databases and then I switched to the basics of HTML, CSS, jQueray and JavaScript.

I managed to get a part-time job at the local software company Strape, where I created a custom page using HTML, CSS and the Bootstrape framework. Unfortunately, I was in the last semester of university and I had work on my diploma thesis and prepare for the final exams, so I didn't have enough free time to work on a part-time job and I had to quit.

After graduating from university, I decided to travel to Germany for 3 months to work, learn language and get to know a new country, where I also tried to use my free time for further education, watching courses, writing and searching for a code. At the moment, I am fully dedicated to education and deepening my knowledge in the field of website and app development.

Why programming?

In life, I follow the rule: "If money didn't play a role in life, what would you do?" The whole area of new technologies and the progress of society in the development of autonomy and artificial intelligence is very interesting and fascinating to me. What we can do today with our smart devices, which we carry in our pocket, can be called a small miracle.

Looking back, what we were able to do with the first computing devices and what we can do with them today, I am fascinated by the idea of what we can do with computer technology in 10 - 20 years, as the whole development of technology advances exponentially. I would very much like to be part of that development of new technologies and add a hand to the work.

My vision into future

My vision for the future is quite broad. Firstly, I would like to work as a Front-end web developer to develop and gain new experience by working on interesting projects. In the future, I would like to try working abroad again, probably in countries such as Germany, Austria or the United Kingdom.

Over some time I would like to create my own companies in the field of software solutions. Currently I have the most experience with basic web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrape, JavaScript. In the future I would like to focus on: React framework, Python, Java, PHP, Laravel framework.
